Rick began his career at Mercedes Benz of Tucson as an apprentice. He worked hard eventually becoming Master Certified. Something was still missing. After working at Mercedes for nearly 12 years and being around cars all his life, he decided it was time to fulfill his dream of becoming a business owner. In February of 2012, he launched Monsoon Automotive as a one man show and it has grown beyond imagination since then. He has built the company on a philosophy of  “Quality Repairs, Excellent Service, with Reasonable Prices.
