Lisa started her career 22 years ago in the information technology field providing financial software support to the corporate finance group for Marriott. Six years later she made a transition into an accounting role and her career quickly took off. Eventually earning her MBA degree, she couldn’t help to think about owning her own business one day, a dream she instantly shared with Rick. In January 2018, Lisa decided to leave her Controller position and the corporate world for good to transition into a hands-on role with Rick in the family business. Since then, she couldn’t be happier with her decision.
